Compliance Requirements
We vet every food business to protect our farmers and community members. All of the following must be met before your account is activated.
Issued by your regional public health unit (e.g. Toronto Public Health, Region of Peel, York Region). Must be current and in good standing.
Your most recent DineSafe inspection must be a Pass or Conditional Pass. Closed or Fail status restaurants will not be onboarded until fully resolved.
At least one person on your team must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate (Ontario Ministry of Health approved program).
Your restaurant must be independently owned. Chains (10+ locations), franchises, or corporate-backed operations are not eligible.

Every product listing shows the farm name, region, and growing method. Put "Sunrise Valley Farm tomatoes" on your menu — your customers will notice.
All bulk B2B orders over $150 deliver free. Minimum order is $150/week. Routes cover Toronto, Peel, York, Halton, Durham, Hamilton, Waterloo & Niagara.
As a B2B member you get one vote on platform decisions — pricing policy, new farm onboarding standards, and driver wage setting.
How It Works
Fill out the restaurant application. Takes ~5 minutes. Upload your Health Permit and DineSafe certificate.
The co-op board verifies your permit, DineSafe status, and confirms you're an independent operator. You'll be notified by email.
Log in to your B2B portal. Browse the weekly harvest, build your order, and submit. First delivery is on us.
Place orders by Sunday for Tuesday delivery, or by Wednesday for Friday delivery. Invoice emailed on delivery. Pay net-7.
