We do not store payment information on our servers; all transactions are processed via Interac e-Transfer and future payments will use Helcim, a Canadian payment processor.

We use your information to process orders, deliver groceries to your door, communicate with you about your account, and improve our platform. Because we are a co-op, we also use aggregated, anonymized data for our public transparency reports.
3. Information Sharing
We share your delivery address and phone number exclusively with the verified drivers assigned to deliver your route. We share aggregated sales data with our partner farmers to help them plan their harvests. We never sell your personal data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
4. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption for all sensitive data transfers. Your account is secured via standard authentication protocols.
5. Your Rights
As a community member, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage these settings directly in your account dashboard or by contacting support.
